We are a Spokane-based appliance repair company specializing in washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens and freezers. We work on Whirlpool, Maytag, Kenmore, LG, Samsung, GE, Bosch, Frigidaire and Speed Queen machines across Spokane County and into North Idaho. Rather than try to service every category of appliance, we chose to do six well instead of twenty poorly.
The number we send you is the number you pay. If we open the machine and find a second failure, we stop, call, and wait for your yes before anything else happens.
The diagnostic fee comes off the invoice in full the moment you approve the repair. If you decide not to proceed, the written diagnosis is yours to keep.
Not a four-hour window, not a whole afternoon. We book two-hour windows and text when we are on the way.
If the same fault returns inside ninety days, we come back at no charge.
There is no dedicated appliance repair license in Washington State (RCW 18.27.090 exempts freestanding appliances that are not fixtures of a building). What we carry instead is a City of Spokane business license, a Washington UBI number, Labor and Industries coverage, and liability insurance. Documentation is available on request.
