By booking a service appointment with Washing Machine Repair Spokane, browsing this website, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
A standard diagnostic fee of $89 applies to each service call. This fee is credited in full toward the cost of an approved repair. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee remains due and you retain the written diagnosis naming the failing part.
Before repair work begins, we provide a written total covering parts, labor and applicable sales tax. Work does not proceed on any additional repair until you have approved the revised total in writing. Quoted prices assume the described symptom matches what is found on inspection; a different or additional fault discovered during the repair will be quoted separately before work continues.
We confirm part availability with our distributors before finalizing a quote wherever possible. If a required part is discontinued or on extended backorder, we will notify you as soon as we know and discuss options, which may include sourcing an aftermarket equivalent or referring you elsewhere.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing in advance. Washington sales tax applies to both parts and labor on repair invoices, in accordance with WAC 458-20-173.
Repairs performed by Washing Machine Repair Spokane carry a 90-day warranty on the specific parts and labor for that repair. The warranty does not cover unrelated failures, pre-existing conditions not part of the original repair, misuse, or damage occurring after the service visit. Warranty service requires the original invoice or a matching service record on file.
We schedule two-hour arrival windows Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We will contact you if we expect to run outside the scheduled window. Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in a trip charge for future bookings.
To the extent permitted by Washington law, our liability for any claim arising from a repair is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, cosmetic wear, or the eventual failure of unrelated components in an aging appliance.
We repair washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens/ranges and freezers. We do not install new appliances, perform plumbing work beyond the appliance connection, service garbage disposals, or work on furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning or sealed refrigerant systems.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Spokane County, Washington.
